When you share a Group Trip's landing page, each traveler runs through a self-serve signup wizard before they're booked. This is what they see, so you know what to expect before you send the link. For how to send it, see Share a Group Trip: Trip Link vs Landing Page.
The wizard runs as a full-screen overlay with four numbered steps in the header: Choose your package, Add traveler info, Sign and confirm, and Authorize payment.
Good to know: The wizard adapts to what's configured. A lodging-only trip with no room options and no add-ons skips straight to step 2. Nothing the traveler sees is ever blank, because any screen with nothing to select is removed from the flow.
Before the steps: Let's Get to Know You
A dialog asks for the traveler's Name and Email. Both are required before the wizard can route them anywhere. Travelers already signed in skip it, and anyone who refreshes mid-signup is offered the option to continue where they left off.
Step 1: Choose your package
Up to four screens appear here, in order, depending on what the trip's proposal offers.
Select Cruise Cabin
For trips with a cruise component whose cabins were converted to options. The traveler sets How many travelers? first, capped at 4 per cabin. With occupancy pricing, the counter only lands on the tiers you configured.
Cabin cards show the name, occupancy badge, starting price, availability deadline, an "Only N left" badge when slots are limited, description, amenities, and photos. The price updates live as the traveler count changes. The summary rail on the right shows the fare, taxes, and total.

Select Hotel
For proposals offering a choice between hotels. One card per choice, one pick per group, and Continue stays disabled until every group has a pick.

Select Room(s)
For lodging with rooms converted to options. The traveler sets Number of rooms, then a traveler count and room card for each. If the travelers don't fit the rooms chosen, an alert tells them to add rooms and redistribute, and Continue stays disabled until it's resolved.
Select Add-ons
For trips with optional add-ons. A grid of cards the traveler toggles on, with Details opening a side panel for the full description and, on per-person add-ons, a traveler counter capped at their party size. See Manage Optional Add-Ons.
Step 2: Add traveler info
The traveler fills in the signup form you configured. For parties of more than one, the form splits into a tab per traveler, with Traveler 1 pre-filled from the opening dialog. Fields you marked per-traveler, like passport details, repeat on every tab.
Everything auto-saves as a draft. Continuing submits the form, which is what creates the traveler's sub-trip.
Assign travelers to rooms
If rooms were booked in step 1, one more screen follows. A banner shows an assigned count, and each room card has a dropdown for picking who goes in it. Continue stays disabled until every seat is filled. Trips with no booked rooms skip it.
Step 3: Sign and confirm
Email verification. A magic link and a 6-digit code go to the address from the opening dialog, and the traveler uses either. Travelers already signed in under the same email skip straight to step 4.
Step 4: Authorize payment
Verification signs them in and lands them on their itinerary with the Authorize Payment panel open, showing their bookings, your branding and terms, and the amount due. Once they authorize, the wizard closes and they manage everything from their own sub-trip.
