Landing Pages provide a public-facing experience for your Group Trips, where travelers can learn about the trip, register online, make their selections, and complete payment authorization.

Each Group Trip includes a dedicated Landing Page that you can customize and publish when you're ready to accept registrations.

Access the Landing Page

Open a Group Trip and select Landing Page from the left navigation.

Landing Page Content

The main content area controls the information displayed to travelers.

Page Title

The Page Title appears at the top of the landing page and is used to identify the trip.

Overview

Use the Overview section to describe the trip, highlight important details, and provide information travelers should know before registering.

The editor supports rich text formatting, links, images, and AI-assisted content generation.

Self-Service Signup

Self-Service Signup allows travelers to register themselves without requiring manual entry by your team. When enabled, travelers can:

  • Create their own booking

  • Automatically create a Sub-Trip

  • Select room and cabin options

  • Choose available add-ons

  • Complete payment authorizations

Button Label

Customize the text displayed on the signup button.

Signup Form

Select Edit Signup Form to customize the information collected during registration. The signup form uses the same drag-and-drop builder as TripLoft forms, so you can add traveler and contact fields, passport details, preferences, custom questions, file uploads, e-signatures, and terms & conditions. For the full list of elements and how to configure them, see Creating and Managing Forms.

Advanced Settings

Advanced Settings allow you to automatically close registration:

  • After a specified number of responses

  • On a specific date and time

If both options are enabled, registration closes as soon as either condition is met.

Custom Call to Action

A Custom Call to Action provides an alternative action for travelers who are not ready to register. You can configure a Button Label and a Destination Link.
