As travelers sign up for a Group Trip and choose their rooms, cabins, and add-ons, you need a way to see what's been taken and what's still available. The Manage Inventory page gives you a live count of every option you offered, so you can track demand and adjust availability before anything oversells. For how Group Trips fit together overall, see Group Trips Overview.
Where to find it
Open the Group Trip and select the Manage Group tab in the navigation. It opens the Manage Inventory view, which has two sub-tabs:
Rooms/Cabins: every room or cabin option offered across the trip's proposals.
Add-ons: every optional add-on activity offered across the trip's proposals.

Reading the inventory table
Both sub-tabs use the same columns. Each row is one option that was added while building the trip's proposals:
Items: the option name, with its supplier or location beneath it for a room or cabin, or an activity-type icon for an add-on.
Rate: the option's price, shown the same way as on the Bookings tab, based on how it was priced when added to the proposal:
Per person: the per-person rate, such as $599/person.
Per room or per cabin: that price, such as $1,000.
Flat rate: the flat price, such as $1,000.
Occupancy-based: a starting price from the lowest tier, such as starting $699.
Quantity: the availability limit set for the option. If no limit was set, this shows No limit set.
Booked: how many travelers have selected the option so far. This is always tracked, even when no limit is set.
Available: how many remain, that is Quantity minus Booked. It shows 0 when the option is fully booked. If no limit was set, this also shows No limit set, so a blank or zero is never mistaken for "none left."
Travelers: a View link that opens the list of travelers who booked the option (see below).

The rows here come from the options you set up while building proposals, including their availability limits and prices. Manage Inventory is for tracking, not editing: to change an option or its limit, edit it in the proposal. See Manage Room and Cabin Options and Manage Optional Add-Ons.
When a rate has changed
If you change an option's price after some travelers have already booked it, the earlier bookings keep the rate they were booked at, and new bookings use the updated rate. In that case the Rate column shows the current rate with an info icon beside it. Hover the icon for a note that the rate has changed and some Sub-Trips may have an earlier price. The exact amount each traveler paid is recorded on their Sub-Trip, and you can also see it in the Travelers data export.
Revising availability
If demand runs higher than you planned, raise the option's limit so more travelers can book it. Availability limits aren't changed on this page; you edit the limit on the option itself in the proposal, and the new number is reflected here. See Manage Room and Cabin Options for rooms and cabins, and Manage Optional Add-Ons for add-ons.
Viewing who booked an option
Click View in the Travelers column to open a popup listing everyone who has booked that room, cabin, or add-on. The list shows each traveler's:
Name
Email: a dash if none is on file.
Sub-Trip: which booking they belong to, for example a family's Sub-Trip.
A Copy table button copies the list so you can paste it elsewhere, such as a supplier email or rooming list.
