Overview

Forms in Triploft let you collect structured information from clients through a shareable link. When a client fills out a form, their response is automatically stored in the CRM β€” either creating a new trip, updating a contact, or saving the data against an existing record.Β 

Forms live under Library β€Ί Forms in the left sidebar. You can create, manage, and share all your form templates from here.

Where to Find Forms

Navigate to Library in the left sidebar, then click Forms. This opens the Forms Template page where all your forms are listed.

Why Use Forms

Instead of manually entering client data, you can send a form link and let clients fill in their own details. Triploft automatically processes the response and updates the CRM, saving time and reducing manual errors.

A Trip Form submission, for example, creates a full trip record in Triploft without any manual input from the agent.
