Form Structure Basics

Every form is built using the Form Builder. The editor is split into two areas:

Left Panel - Form Elements
A library of draggable elements grouped into Travel Information and Contact Information. Click or drag any element to add it to your form.

Available elements include: Basic Trip Details, Trip Notes, Phone, Address, Birthday, Anniversary, Passport, Activities & Interests, Health, Secure Travel IDs, and more.

Right Panel - Form Canvas
This is where your form takes shape. It has two parts:

Form Details - Set the form title and an optional description shown to clients at the top.
Form Sections - Grouped blocks of fields (e.g., Traveller Details › Basic Details). Each section can be expanded, collapsed, or deleted. Required fields are marked with checkboxes at the bottom of each element.

Form Builder - Form Elements panel on the left, form canvas on the right

Changes in the Form Builder are saved automatically. The header shows 'Saved X seconds ago' to confirm your last save.
