Main Areas of TripLoft
The left navigation provides access to the major areas of the platform.
Dashboard: a high-level view of your business, including upcoming trips, tasks, recent activity, and key metrics.
Contacts: stores all traveler, lead, and client information, including traveler profiles, contact details, and communication history.
Trips: the central workspace for planning and managing travel. Each trip brings together travelers, proposals, forms, bookings, payments, documents, notes, and messages. TripLoft supports both Regular Trips and Group Trips.

Templates: reusable building blocks that standardize your workflow and save time, including Forms, My Library, Tasks, Automations, Workflows, Email Templates, and Supplier T&Cs.
Tasks: follow-ups, reminders, and trip-related work tracked across your business.
Regular Trips vs. Group Trips
TripLoft supports two trip types:
Regular Trips: for individual travelers, couples, families, and small bookings.
Group Trips: for hosted departures, cruises, retreats, destination weddings, and other multi-party experiences. Group Trips add sub-trips, landing pages, self-service signup, room and cabin inventory, and optional add-ons. See Group Trips Overview.
Key Concepts
A few core concepts make the rest of TripLoft easier to navigate:
Contacts: the people you work with.
Trips: the workspace where travel planning happens.
Travelers: contacts assigned to a specific trip.
Proposals: client-facing itinerary and pricing options.
Forms: information-collection tools for travelers.
Automations: rules that perform actions automatically.
Tasks: action items assigned to you or your team.
How your agency is structured
TripLoft organizes people into two tiers. A Parent Agency sits at the top, holding its own members and any Sub-Agencies beneath it. Each Sub-Agency has its own members too. At both levels the roles are Owner, Admin, and Agent. See Roles & Permissions.
