The TripLoft Calendar provides a centralized view of important dates across your business. It automatically displays traveler milestones, trip events, payment reminders, task deadlines, and automation activity, helping you stay aware of upcoming events without manually tracking them.

The Calendar is available from the main navigation menu.

The Calendar Layout

When you open the Calendar, you'll see month navigation controls, the calendar grid, event entries, a Subscribe button, and filter controls. By default, the Calendar opens in Month View.

Navigate the Calendar

Use the controls at the top of the page to move through your calendar. Select Today to jump back to the current date, and use the arrow controls beside the month name to move between months.

Calendar Events

TripLoft automatically displays events from across the platform on their corresponding dates. Depending on your account activity, these may include:

  • Payment Due

  • Trip Start

  • Trip End

  • Task Due

  • Birthdays

  • Anniversaries

  • Passport Expirations

  • Automations

Trip Start and Trip End follow the approved itinerary. A trip doesn't put Trip Start and Trip End on the calendar until one of its proposals is approved as the Itinerary, no matter how many proposals it has or what dates they hold. Once a proposal is approved, the calendar shows Trip Start and Trip End on that proposal's dates.

View Event Details

Selecting an event opens the associated record. For example, selecting a Birthday opens the contact profile, a Trip Start event opens the associated trip, and a Task Due event opens the related task. This lets you move quickly from your calendar into the relevant record.

Subscribe to an External Calendar

TripLoft calendars can be synchronized with external calendar applications such as Google Calendar and Outlook. Select Subscribe in the top-right corner of the Calendar page, and a sync window appears displaying your unique calendar URL.

Syncing with Google Calendar

To subscribe using Google Calendar:

  1. Open Google Calendar.

  2. Go to Calendar Settings.

  3. Select Add Calendar.

  4. Choose From URL.

  5. Paste the TripLoft Calendar URL.

  6. Save the calendar.

Google will automatically refresh the subscribed calendar periodically.

Regenerate Calendar URL

If necessary, you can generate a new calendar URL. Regenerating the URL invalidates the previous subscription link.

Disable Sync

To stop external synchronization, select Turn Off Sync. This immediately disables access to the subscription URL.

Filter Calendar Events

Use Filter in the top-right corner to control which events appear on the calendar.

Event Type

Enable or disable event types as needed. Available event filters include Payment Due, Trip Start, Trip End, Task Due, Birthday, Anniversary, Passport Expiration, and Automation.

Trip Status

You can also filter events by trip status - Draft, Planning, Booked, Paid, Traveled, Canceled, or Archived. This is useful when focusing on active trips or specific stages of your workflow.

Reset Filters

Select Reset to restore the default filter configuration.

Conclusion

The TripLoft Calendar provides a centralized timeline of important business activity, including trips, tasks, payments, traveler milestones, and automation events. With filtering and external calendar synchronization, it helps ensure important dates remain visible and actionable across your workflow.

Keeping an eye on traveler milestones like birthdays, anniversaries, and passport expirations also helps you spot opportunities for client engagement and proactive service.
