If you've already made a booking with a connected supplier, you can pull the whole booking into your proposal by entering its reference number. TripLoft fetches the confirmed booking details (components, dates, travelers, and terms) and adds them as trip components, so you don't rebuild a booking you've already made.
Supplier bookings are fetched live through the supplier's own system. The currently supported supplier is ALG Vacations, including its brands: Travel Impressions, Funjet Vacations, Apple Vacations, Blue Sky Tours, and United Vacations. Support for more suppliers may be added over time.
What gets imported
A fetched booking brings in everything the supplier holds for that reference:
The booked components (such as hotel and flights), added on their booked dates
Traveler details from the booking, added as an Information item for compliance and verification
Terms and conditions and similar notices (general terms, air taxes terms, identification requirements), each added as an Information item
Import a booking into your proposal
Step 1: Open Import Bookings and choose the supplier
From the Add Items panel, click Import Bookings (at the bottom). The Import a supplier booking window opens. Search for and select the supplier you booked with. You can use Change Supplier later if you pick the wrong one.

Step 2: Enter the booking reference and fetch
In Booking Reference, enter the booking ID or reference number, then click Fetch Booking. TripLoft retrieves the booking from the supplier, which can take up to a minute. Keep the window open while it fetches.

Step 3: Review the fetched booking
Once fetched, the booking appears as a preview so you can verify it before adding:
A Trip Details group holds the traveler details and the terms and conditions notices
Below that, the booked components are grouped by date, each tagged incl. in package
Expand any component to check its details (for example, a hotel's name, location, check-in and check-out, and rating)

Step 4: Add the booking to your itinerary
When the booking looks right, click Add to Itinerary. The components are added on their booked dates. If any of those dates fall outside your proposal's current range, TripLoft prompts you to choose how to handle it before importing.
Leave "Replace existing components" unchecked (the default) to add the booking alongside any components already in the proposal
Check "Replace existing components" if you'd prefer the imported booking to take the place of the current components (this clears the existing ones first)
How pricing comes in
An imported booking arrives as a package: TripLoft creates it automatically, named after the supplier and booking reference (for example, "Blue Sky Tours 19800BE3"), with each booked item marked as Part of Package so the package carries the price. Supplier-flagged add-ons receive itemized pricing within the package. For how package pricing and itemization work, see Create & Manage Packages.
This is the pricing flow we're working toward. For now, booking import brings each component in as an individual item without pricing, so you set prices yourself after importing. We'll notify you through the in-app changelog widget and by email when the full packaged-pricing flow ships.
Travelers and compliance
TripLoft does not automatically match the booking's travelers to the traveler profiles on your trip. Instead, the booking's traveler details are imported into an Information item so they're clearly recorded for compliance and verification.
If you've added the matching client profiles to the trip's travelers, you can assign them to components yourself. You can also delete the traveler Information item if you don't need it. The terms and conditions notices work the same way: they're imported as Information items so the booking's terms travel with the proposal.
Good to know
Dates come from the booking: if any fall outside the proposal range, TripLoft prompts you to choose how to handle it
Pricing comes in as a package: TripLoft auto-creates a package with each item marked Part of Package, and supplier-flagged add-ons itemized; see Create & Manage Packages. This isn't fully implemented yet; for now, components import as individual items without pricing, so set prices after importing
Travelers are recorded, not assigned: traveler details import as an Information item for compliance; matching to trip profiles is manual
