Business Settings control how your company appears on itineraries, forms, proposals, and other client-facing experiences.
Access Business Settings
Click your profile menu in the bottom-left corner.
Select Settings.
Under Business, click Business Settings.
Business Information
The Business Information section stores your agency's company details.
Business Name: The legal or public-facing name of your agency. This may appear throughout TripLoft and on client-facing materials.
Business Website: Your agency website URL. Clients may use this link to visit your site directly from TripLoft-generated content.
Phone Number & Email: These fields store your agency's contact information for reference. The contact details displayed on proposal and form branding cards are pulled from each agent's personal settings.
Social Media Profiles: Optionally add your Facebook and Instagram pages, which can be used throughout branded client experiences.
Business Address: The Business Address section stores your company location. (Fields include: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip code)
Branding
The Branding section controls how your agency is visually represented.
Upload Business Logo
Your logo appears throughout the platform and on client-facing documents.
Click Select Attachments.
Choose the logo image from your device.
Upload the image.
Click Save.
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF. Maximum file size: 5 MB.
Upload Branded Cover Photo
The cover photo is used on client-facing experiences where supported.
Click Select from Device, or use the image search option.
Choose or upload an image.
Click Save.
Configure Brand Color
Brand Color controls the primary color used across client-facing experiences such as forms, itineraries, proposal buttons, and client portals.
Enter a HEX color value.
Review the color preview.
Click Save.
The updated color becomes the default agency brand color.
Saving Changes
After updating any Business Settings, review the entered information and click Save. All changes are applied across supported TripLoft experiences.
